Shipping

Everything in this store is printed to order. Nothing is held in stock, which means each order is made after you place it and then shipped from the production facility closest to your delivery address.

Production time

Items are made in 2–5 business days. This is production time only and does not include transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once an item leaves the facility, delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of being placed. Remote destinations and customs inspections can extend this. Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is collected.

Where we ship and what it costs

We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate that depends on where the order is going and on what is in it (tees and hoodies are rated separately), and it is shown at checkout before you pay. If an order contains both, the two rates are added together.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on where your order is made and where it is going, it may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees in the destination country. These are set by your local authority, are not included in the price or shipping rate you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or reimburse them.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to the facility because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you and can reship it once the reshipping cost is covered. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us straight away — if the item has not yet entered production we can usually correct it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost parcels are replaced at no cost to you.
