Terms of service

This store is operated by sauvachi ("we", "us"). By placing an order at shop.sauvachi.com you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our returns policy, shipping policy and privacy policy, which form part of this agreement.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Products, prices and availability

Items are printed to order. Product photographs and mockups are representative; small variations in print placement, colour and garment shade are inherent to the printing process and are not defects. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include no import duties or local taxes for the destination country. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times given anywhere on this store are estimates, not guarantees, and consist of production time plus carrier transit time. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, logos, photography, text and recordings on this store are owned by sauvachi or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Buying an item gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not grant you any right to reproduce, resell commercially, or create derivative works from the artwork on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
